Wisdom - Wisdom - Wisdom

Updated: Jun 13, 2018

WISDOM – WISDOM – WISDOM

On Saturday, May 5, 2018, the Spirit of God came into my living room with a strong, breath-taking anointing and began to talk to me about WISDOM.

Did you know that word wisdom is mentioned 222 times in the Hebrew Bible?

Why 222?

First of all, I would like to say that God is the supreme multi-tasker and thinks and communicates on multiple levels including thoughts, words, actions, numbers, visions, dreams, events, wind, rain, thunder, a voice, a child, a donkey; you name it and He will use it because He has a great desire to communicate to His people.

WHY “TRIPLICATE” Numbers?

When a number in the Bible appears in triplicate such as 666 or 999, it illustrates the total completeness of what the single digit represents. 222 - A Complete Witness

The gematria or numeric value of the three-word term “John the Baptist” is exactly 222. It means that John the Baptist is the perfectly complete witness. Isn’t that what the Bible says?

John 1:6-8, There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. He was not that Light but was sent to bear witness of that Light.

So, when you see 222 all over the place it means God is shining a great big light on something and bringing it into perfect completion as a witness, something DIVIDED from the rest of the world. A Perfect Witness.

DON'T BE AFRAID OF DEEP SPIRITUAL REVELATION!

Daniel 2:22 New International Version (NIV) says this:

He (God) reveals deep and hidden things; he knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with him.

Back to WISDOM …

God is highlighting wisdom (shining a great big light on it) because He is revealing something to us that we need to recognize, understand and activate in our life. It is IMPORTANT for us to listen to what He is saying.

So, God spoke over and over again to me the word, WISDOM, to the point I felt I was being stocked (lol).

In the Hebrew Bible, wisdom is represented by Solomon, who asks God for wisdom. Listen to the conversation between GOD and SOLOMON below:

2 Chronicles 1:7 -10 7 That night God appeared to Solomon and said to him, “Ask for whatever you want me to give you.” 8 Solomon answered God, “You have shown great kindness to David my father and have made me king in his place. 9 Now, Lord God, let your promise to my father David be confirmed, for you have made me king over a people who are as numerous as the dust of the earth. 10 Give me wisdom and knowledge, that I may lead this people, for who is able to govern this great people of yours?”

11 God said to Solomon, “Since this is your heart’s desire and you have not asked for wealth, possessions or honor, nor for the death of your enemies, and since you have not asked for a long life but for wisdom and knowledge to govern my people over whom I have made you king, 12 therefore wisdom and knowledge will be given you. And I will also give you wealth, possessions and honor, such as no king who was before you ever had and none after you will have.”

WOW! Now that is amazing. God reveals to Solomon and us an amazing truth which is right before our eyes for us to instituted into our lives and prayers. WHAT IS IT?

1. Ask for wisdom ... wisdom is the number one thing we need to ask for. WHY? But wisdom gives us the ability to handle our life, our money, our plans, our enemies, our businesses, our ministries, our families and opens the door to all the rest, mainly, wealth, possessions and honor.

So Simple and yet SO PROFOUND.

2. Wisdom gives us the ability to handles greatness, wealth, possessions and honor.

3. Proverbs 13:16 Living Bible (TLB) says: A wise man thinks ahead (plans); a fool doesn’t and even brags about it!

4 . Proverbs 24:6,7 says this: Strategic planning is the key to warfare; to win, you need a lot of good counsel. Wise conversation is way over the head of fools; in a serious discussion they haven't a clue.

Much of the Book of Proverbs, a book of wise sayings, is attributed to Solomon. In Proverbs 9:10, the fear of YHWH is called the beginning of wisdom.

Solomon, a wealthy ruler, said that wisdom was more precious than GOLD OR SILVER! Vs16

Proverbs 16 New Living Translation

1 We can make our own plans, but the LORD gives the right answer.

2 People may be pure in their own eyes, but the LORD examines their motives.

3 Commit your actions to the LORD, and your plans will succeed.

4 The LORD has made everything for his own purposes, even the wicked for a day of disaster.

5 The LORD detests the proud; they will surely be punished.

6 Unfailing love and faithfulness make atonement for sin. By fearing the LORD, people avoid evil.

7 When people’s lives please the LORD, even their enemies are at peace with them.

8 Better to have little, with godliness, than to be rich and dishonest.

9 We can make our plans, but the LORD determines our steps.

10 The king speaks with divine wisdom; he must never judge unfairly.

11 The LORD demands accurate scales and balances; he sets the standards for fairness.

12 A king detests wrongdoing, for his rule is built on justice.

13 The king is pleased with words from righteous lips; he loves those who speak honestly.

14 The anger of the king is a deadly threat; the wise will try to appease it.

15 When the king smiles, there is life; his favor refreshes like a spring rain.

16 How much better to get wisdom than gold, and good judgment than silver!

17 The path of the virtuous leads away from evil; whoever follows that path is safe.

18 Pride goes before destruction, and haughtiness before a fall.

19 Better to live humbly with the poor than to share plunder with the proud.

20 Those who listen to instruction will prosper; those who trust the LORD will be joyful.

21 The wise are known for their understanding, and pleasant words are persuasive.

22 Discretion is a life-giving fountain to those who possess it, but discipline is wasted on fools.

23 From a wise mind comes wise speech; the words of the wise are persuasive.

24 Kind words are like honey—sweet to the soul and healthy for the body.

25 There is a path before each person that seems right, but it ends in death.

26 It is good for workers to have an appetite; an empty stomach drives them on.

27 Scoundrels create trouble; their words are a destructive blaze.

28 A troublemaker plants seeds of strife; gossip separates the best of friends.

29 Violent people mislead their companions, leading them down a harmful path.

30 With narrowed eyes, people plot evil;with a smirk, they plan their mischief.

31 Gray hair is a crown of glory; it is gained by living a godly life.

32 Better to be patient than powerful; better to have self-control than to conquer a city.

33 We may throw the dice, but the LORD determines how they fall.

_____________________________________________________

I hear the Lord saying this:

“My people! As you enter into the time of the next season, I exhort you to ask for my wisdom. Without my wisdom you will walk into a snare. The enemy (my enemy) will snare you and thwart my plans and purposes for your life. Look to me for wisdom and follow my guidance. I will not lead you into temptation and I will not lead you to destruction. I will lead you into freedom and victory of the like that has never been seen before.

But you must be wise, not in your own understanding, but in my Word and my Ways. I desire to direct you, but you must lay aside your ideas and allow my plans to come forth for they will bear much fruit. Seek my face, know my will and understand my ways.

Do not be led by your own desires. I am removing that which is not of me and will replace it with a glorious victory. Allow me into your hearts and plans so I can reveal to you what lies ahead. I have ordained many things that have not yet been revealed to you. Sit before me and listen. Sit before me and write. I will show you many things if you will but open yourself up to hear and perceive.

That breakthrough you are looking for is in the wisdom that I will impart. You have resisted me but now is the time to surrender your plans and your ways to me and open yourself to hear my wisdom and my way.

It is a great day with the shout of Victory in the air! Come to me. Rest in me and WRITE, WRITE, WRITE the vision I will place in your heart.”

Habakkuk 2:2 - And the LORD answered me and said,

Write the vision and make it plain upon tables that he may run that reads it.
